The Unity Bridge

Yesterday morning my husband and I drove to Albany and attended the Unity Church that's right near our daughter and son-in-law's apartment. We went there three years ago when visiting for Mother's Day and have always wanted to go back. If only it wasn't an hour-and-a-half drive from our home! Both services have been uplifting and joyful. Instead of confessing our sins, we say affirmations such as this:

I am loving, creative and powerful;
for I embody the Love, Creativity,
and Power of my Creator.

Instead of the Apostle's Creed, we read the Statement of ONENESS:

The power of Christ Love now releases me from any sense of separation from Spirit or others.
There is only One Presence and One power in my Life and in the Universe,
that One is God, the Good, Omnipotence.

For those of you who have trouble with the word "God" because it conjures up images of the judgmental father with a white beard sitting on a throne in the clouds, be assured that Unity members understand God as Divine Mind, Divine Universe, Divine Spirit, Mother-Father God - which is Love, Light, and Peace.

I have never been fortunate enough to leave near a Unity Church (officially part of the Unity School of Christianity) but I have read Unity literature for 30 years, always finding it inspirational and enlightening. Unity is a church that builds bridges, because it is inclusive, saying to all people of the world: "We love you, we bless you, and we behold the Christ in you." If you are blessed to live near a Unity Church, check it out!

Yesterday's message was about how we live in the middle of eternity NOW - so we should not wait until death to live in the Kingdom of God. After all, the Kingdom - of Love, Light, and Peace - is not something that will just "happen" to us. It is a state of being and living that we can choose at every moment. As the Unity Principle states: "Being spiritual in nature, we too are creative. Our life experiences are created through our ways of thinking and behaving."

We are now in the season of Lent, traditionally observed by Christians as a time for repentance and self-denial. During Lent, the Unity School of Christianity encourages students to  affirm their divine wholeness and release thoughts and patterns that no longer serve them. So, instead of giving up a certain food as a way of denying yourself for 40 days, you would give up whatever it is that does not contribute to your spiritual growth and divine wholeness. It may still be a certain food, but the intention behind giving it up is different. You can order a copy of Release Your Inner Splendor to learn more about how to transcend past experiences and awaken from the illusion of lack.

Yesterday's service ended with everyone holding hands while singing "Let There Be Peace on Earth," surely one of the best bridge-building songs every written. Afterward we took our daughter and her husband out for brunch. Building family bridges is fun, too!

Love: the Bridge to Happiness

How many of you knew that February 11th was World Happiness Day? On this day, Happy: The Movie was shown in countries all over the world. My husband and I watched a presentation of the movie by the psychology club at SUNY Oneonta. The movie combines cutting-edge science from the new field of “positive psychology” with real-life stories of people from around the world whose lives illustrate what constitutes a happy, fulfilling life.

The film's researchers discovered (surprise, surprise!) that wealth is not one of the factors that make people happy. Five of the factors that contribute most to happiness are:

  1. A sense of friendship and community
  2. Caring for and helping others
  3. A personal involvement with nature
  4. A balanced life, with plenty of leisure time
  5. Engaging in enjoyable activities
  6. Spiritual (not necessarily religious) faith

I conclude from these findings that a happy life is a life full of love: love shared with family and friends, love for neighbors, love for nature, love for the divine, and engagement in activities that we love. I see a strong connection between the findings of this movie and the lines from the Lord's Prayer that I discussed in my last article, because surely the Kingdom of Heaven is a state of being where everyone is happy!

In Sunday's class, I shared what I had learned from "Happy: The Movie." Some of the places where happy people are interviewed, including communities in Denmark, New Orleans, Okinawa, and a slum in India, could be thought of as little kingdoms of heaven. I was especially intrigued by the country of Bhutan, which I learned is the only country in the world where Gross National Happiness is considered by the king to be more important than the Gross National Product. Some of the policies that have been put into place to maintain the happiness of Bhutan's citizens are: advertising bans, Buddhist prayer flags fluttering in the wind everywhere, strict conservation laws aimed at achieving sustainable development, and bans on plastic bags and tobacco. Now some may say that this is an encroachment on people's freedom, but really, does smoking make anyone happy, or is tobacco, like alcohol and other drugs, just something that helps you forget that you aren't truly happy, makes you sick, and creates an extra roadblock to real happiness? Loving and caring for oneself is one of the links on the bridge to happiness!

This morning when my husband came back from the gym he was upset because he'd been listening to the radio in the car and heard about the practice of Pakistani men throwing acid in the face of a woman who turns down his proposal of marriage. Obviously, a man who would commit such an act is not the kind of man any woman would choose to marry. Such a man is totally divorced from the love in his heart. He doesn't realize the connection between all people and how he hurts himself when he hurts another human being. He must not feel very good about himself and cannot possibly be happy.

One of the stories in the Happy movie is about a once-beautiful woman whose face was destroyed in a horrible accident. Afterward her husband divorced her, but she found happiness by loving and caring for others, and eventually she met a man who loved her for her inner beauty and became her new husband. I'm sure the man who married the woman with a disfigured face is happier than the man who divorced her, or any of the acid throwers in Pakistan who don't know what love is.

Jesus said: "My kingdom is not of this world . . . my kingdom is from another place" (John 18:36). The place where the happy woman and her husband live is a different place from where the cruel Pakistani men live. It's the place that exists on the other side of the bridge of love. Anyone can go there. It's our choice.

Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done

Tomorrow I will lead my adult church class which is studying the Lord’s Prayer. I volunteered to lead the discussion of “Thy kingdom come, thy will be done,” because it is my favorite section of this well-known prayer. The curriculum writer for this study calls this line a lament, because it points out the fact that there is something seriously wrong with the world we live in. I have to disagree, because to lament means to express sorrow, mourning, or regret. I believe these lines express the hope and faith that God’s kingdom IS coming, and, as Jesus said, it is even already here among those who do God’s will.

Luke 17:20-21 says: Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is within you.”

If the kingdom is already here, there is no reason to lament. We find the kingdom within ourselves when we choose divine will over the will of our egos. To live according to divine will is to live from the heart. As stated in Micah 6:8 “And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” When we affirm this with faith it is true. When enough people find the kingdom of heaven within themselves the kingdom will come to all the world.

Jesus said “ . . . strive first for the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well” (Matt. 6:33). When we do God’s will, that is, do all things with love, our material needs will be met. And if we are truly loving and compassionate, we will not have a great many material desires. The ego desires things that are not in keeping with divine will.  For instance, the ego likes to argue, to be right, and to put others down. The ego wants things that don’t necessarily make one happy, but that give one prestige, status, and power. None of this belongs in the kingdom of heaven, which is a peaceful place.

The prophet, Isaiah, promises the triumph of God’s kingdom on earth : “He shall judge between the nations, and shall decide disputes for many peoples; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore” (Isa. 2:4). This is what the kingdom of heaven is like, so those who love war, or want to be more powerful than others, or amass wealth at the expense of peace, cannot enter this kingdom.

Jesus told the Parable of the Ten Virgins to illustrate the importance of being prepared for the kingdom to come:
1 “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish and five were wise. 3 The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. 4 The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. 5 The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
6 “At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’
7 “Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. 8 The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’
9 “‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’
10 “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.
11 “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’
12 “But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’
13 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.

What does it mean to keep watch – to stay awake? Jesus also told us to be in the world but not of it – which is to be spiritually awake. When we are spiritually unconscious we go through life not thinking about our actions and whether we are choosing divine will or that of our egos. So many of us go through life like robots --  going to work, coming home to eat and watch television, not thinking about how our actions affect others. If we wish to enter the kingdom of heaven, we must think about our choices and how they affect our own souls as well as the soul of the world.

Jesus also said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever becomes humble like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” (Matt. 18:3) One who is humble is not egotistic! Children are also innocent, nonjudgmental, and imaginative. Before we shower children with material things and expose them to commercials, they are content with the simple pleasures of life. Children tend to be idealistic. It is so easy for a child to have faith in the goodness of humanity and nature. If everyone could maintain the faith of childhood, we would all live in the kingdom of heaven!

In Revelation 21, we read:

1 Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,”[a] for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[b] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”
6 He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7 Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children.

I hope the new earth is not lacking for seas, because I love beaches and the ocean, but the rest of this prophecy is beautiful. Many of today’s Christians no longer believe this prophecy will come true. They think it would have happened by now if it was going to happen, and they are tired of waiting for something that was supposed to take place soon after Jesus’ ascension. But Jesus said the kingdom would come at the end of the age. He also said:I am with you always, to the end of the age” (Matt. 28:20). Traditional Christians do not seem to know what Jesus meant when he spoke of an age. Astrologers present an age as a 2,000 year span. It has now been 2,000 years since Jesus made his promise. It is the close of the age and the close of a 26,000 year cycle – the period of time that it takes our sun to revolve half-way around the Great Central Sun. It is the end of the age of darkness: the dawn of the Golden Age of Light. You can read more about the 26,000 year cycle in these articles:

I will close the class time with a meditation, using these lines as a mantra. You might like to try it:

Breathe in:  Thy kingdom come. (Think about the kingdom within you.)
Breathe out: Thy will be done.  (Think about manifesting the kingdom out in the world.)

Peace and Blessings,
Emily

The Beginning of Love

This is the first chapter of my book-in-progress, The World According to Love. The introduction can be found here: In the Beginning . . . There was Love.

Before the beginning, there was nothing but Love. Love, bubbling over with the delight of being-ness and beauty, could not contain Itself. Like a child, spinning barefoot in the grass, blowing bubbles with the wind, Love blew stars into being. These heavenly bodies, formed by the breath of Love, threw off sparks of light to create the planets and their moons. All of these bodies, whirling and dancing through space, sang praises to their Creator, and on the strains of this music, the smaller entities came to dwell on some of the planets, including the one we call Earth.  An endless variety of beings were sung into existence: from one-celled sea creatures, to intricately designed birds that flew on the winds of love and joy. Of course all this creativity took eons and eons, but there is no time where Love is concerned, and so the time that this took, whether seven days, or several billion years, is insignificant. What matters is that it happened; that every bit of life, from the dandelions in your lawn, to the trees in the wood; from the ant on a peony bud, to the person that is YOU -- every one, since the beginning of it all, was created by Love.
Love gave all human creatures the gift of freedom to be what they wished to be and create whatever they desired. Love trusted that every creation would be composed of Love -- how could it be otherwise when Love is all there is? Love is the Truth and the foundation of the universe, and Love is the energy that birthed all beings: angels, humans, gods and goddesses, and nature elementals. When we, Love's children, were first born, we were in spirit, perfect images of our perfect Creator. But in pure and perfect form, Love is homogeneous, and we were very much alike.
For eons, we watched and marveled at the formation of physical creations in their infinite variety: snowflakes dancing and laughing as they fell, each one as unique as it was beautiful; flowers in a vast array of shapes and colors; butterflies in every hue the light spectrum offered. Curious and bold, some of Love’s human children decided to experiment with physical incarnation, so that they, too, could manifest a multiversity of bodies and personalities. Love encouraged them to use their imaginations as they took form in a variety of material bodies: after all, the plants and animals of the world increased the joy of the Divine as they related to one another and their mother planet. Surely the interrelationships of a diversified humanity would create new and exciting expressions of Love!
Love assigned humans to be co-caretakers of the earth. And Love decided that it would be their responsibility to guide the physical evolution of each plant and creature, while the elemental spirits directed the evolution of their ethereal bodies. Among the domains under care of human beings were the microscopic bacteria that help to maintain the health of everyone’s body. And they were to cooperate with the weather elementals to ensure the right balance of sun and rain for the nurture of planetary life. This was easily accomplished as long as they knew that their thoughts and actions affected the rest of creation of which they were a part.
For a little while, perhaps just a few hundred-thousand years, maybe more; humans managed to do Love's will and live harmoniously in the garden of the world. Love placed certain laws into motion in order to maintain the integrity of each species of life, and harmony between them. The law that protected the fish and other sea creatures allows them to live happily in the sea, but any who leave the water will die. The law of the sky allowed winged creatures to soar and fly, but any others who attempt to leap from a cliff, fall to their death. The law of plant life required flowers and trees to remain rooted in the soil in order to flourish. The law of the insect and animal kingdoms required these creatures to care for one another; even as a tiny ant will drop its load in order to tend to another ant in trouble.
What Love asked of human children was that they recognize their connection with each other and all of Creation; to love and care for every aspect of it. Love was so pleased with these children that more of them were allowed to incarnate into varying sizes, shapes, and hues to increase the beauty of Creation. As the range and number of individual lives grew, they started to notice the differences between them. And as they noticed the differences that Love found beautiful, they made comparisons. As the millennia passed, humans gradually forgot the Law of Oneness and Love that maintained the balance, harmony, and beauty of their planetary existence.
Eventually this fragmentation of Love's children became known in some cultures as "The Fall."  A story would be told about how the first humans tasted a forbidden fruit, which gave them knowledge of good and evil. What they actually tasted was freedom from the will of their Creator. And just as human children glory in their freedom when they break away from the parental tethers that have kept them safe, these humans gloried in the realization that they could do absolutely anything that they pleased! The storyteller, who referred to Love as Jehovah, and a male, said that He alone should have knowledge of good and evil; if humankind knew only good, they could not commit evil deeds.
This interpretation of events was actually the first sin, because it infers that evil existed in Love's Creation before humanity chose to break the law of Oneness and Love. This tale placed the blame for evil's existence on the Creator, and so began the false belief in a god that exists separately from Creation; a god who would punish his children with eternal damnation if they did not accept his gift of love. Humans have blamed their Source of Love and Life for the creation of evil, and yet the creator has continued to love them with unconditional divine love.
As human beings became more and more conscious of their differences, and made comparisons among themselves, the ones whose bodies were protected with soft, warm fur, admired the smooth glossy skin of those whose skin was bare.  Admiration turned to envy. The bare-skinned people noticed this and decided that they were superior beings, since after all, the furry people looked a lot like the animals that Love had certainly not created equal to humans!
The short, stout people set themselves apart from the tall people, because they were obviously better fed, with superior abilities to harvest and prepare delectable meals. But the tall, long-legged humans could run faster, as well as look down on the short ones . . . so they knew that they were the ones Love had ordained to be Lords of the Earth.
Humanity, who had begun life on earth with the capacity to love one another and their planetary home, lost their ability to love everyone and everything unconditionally. They focused on what they perceived to be their unique strengths and weaknesses, which made them feel either superior or inferior to others, depending on the direction of each one’s thoughts. Those who felt inferior were afraid that their "betters" would conquer and dominate them. Those who felt superior feared that their "inferiors" would attack them out of jealous rage.
While Love continued to enjoy the differences that made all people beautiful, the sons and daughters of Love created so much friction among themselves that some of them began to fight and kill each other.  It saddened Love to see brothers and sisters rise up against each other. Love asked: "Have you become so lost in the depths of materiality, that you have forgotten the eternalness of life? Do you really believe that you can rid yourselves of those you call enemies by destroying their temporary physical bodies?" But Love's children couldn't hear; they had forgotten how to quiet their minds and listen to Love's voice.  And if they remembered how to love at all, it was only in the exclusive ways of romantic and familial love.
As their self-centeredness grew, Love's children lost touch with the Creator, and they lost their ability and desire to care for the earth that had been provided for them to share with each other and all of Creation.  When humans didn't care properly for the earth's creatures, the animals who couldn't find enough food in the plant kingdom became hunters and ate the slower and weaker creatures. Sometimes the slower creatures were human, and so humanity grew to fear some of the animals they had once cared for. As they forgot how to maintain the proper balance of sun and rain, warm and cold weather, and how to control the winds with the energy of love, some areas of the earthly garden which had been lush and green became barren wastelands.  The desert dwellers attacked the garden inhabitants, hoping to take over the fertile parts of the earth, and so made enemies of those who had once been their brothers and sisters.
The Creator cried: "Why can't you share the fertile lands? There is still enough for all of you!" But Love's children didn't hear these thoughts. What could Love do to restore peace to the world that had been created to be a dwelling place for beings of love and beauty?

The 11-11-11 Crystalline Grid Activation

I am re-posting the article I wrote a few weeks ago, with a few edits, because we are living in the last few days of increasing vibrational energy, leading up to the 11-11-11 Stargate Portal, and many Light Workers, me included, are filled with excited anticipation. I realize it may turn out to be an ordinary day for a lot of people, but I am expecting to feel some extraordinary energies that day - because I am already experiencing them! Last night I barely slept because I was so full of vibrating Light and Love. Maybe by the end of the week I won't be sleeping at all, but that's okay. I don't want to miss a moment of bliss!

Last year I wrote an article about 10-10-10 in response to those who say that there can’t be anything spiritually significant about a date, considering that our calendar is man-made. I made the point that many people believe that the Company of Heaven -  those beings of Light who dwell in the higher dimensions – are taking an active part in the evolution of humanity. And if this is true, then these Light Beings (angels, masters, guides, and extraterrestrials) are going to use tools that will help them to bridge the gap between heaven and earth, in order to communicate with us. Among these tools are the people who are able to channel their messages. Other tools include those symbols that have meaning for humanity, such as the geometric symbols displayed in crop circles, and the number sequences that have been occurring in our calendar since the new millennia began.

The upcoming sequence, 11-11-11, is a date of great importance for people who are working to help bring about the new golden age of peace that has been prophesied for this time. It is not the date itself that will “magically” usher in the beginning of this new age. The spiritual planes where the Company of Heaven does its work lie beyond time and space, so dates are meaningful only for those of us who need calendars and clocks to let us know when to focus our attention on a specific goal.  On 11-11-11, Light Workers all over the planet will come together in spirit to focus intention on raising the consciousness of humanity to a higher plane, where divine will rules supreme. Ceremonies of great import will be taking place in Norway, New Zealand, Peru, Arkansas, Arizona, California, and many other places around the world.

Since September 25th, I have been participating in the Rites of Passage transmissions offered by Children of the Sun, as a way of preparing humanity for the coming changes. Each week’s rite is a vibrational attunement for our body temple. These attunements have bestowed on us the vibrations of faith, balance, purity, compassion, humility, selfless service, and group consciousness. After the attunement, we take a guided soul journey to a different part of the world where we receive and send divine light to the world through the crystalline grid. This week we are flying through the grid, wing to wing, as eagles and condors over the Americas. If you are familiar with the ancient legend, you know it has been prophesied that when the  Eagle of North America and the Condor of South America unite, the spirit of peace will awaken on Earth.

Anyone who has not participated in one of these rites cannot scoff at those who do. The experience is incredibly beautiful and assists with your personal spiritual transformation as well as that of the planet. If you would like to join one of these journeys to assist the salvation of humanity, just follow this link: Children of the Sun: Rites of Passage.

Also on the Children of the Sun site is this article about the 11-11-11 portal: 11-11-11 Oracle Vision. It explains that no one knows what changes may take place on that day, because each of us is creating the future in every now moment. However, one thing that is certain, the more people who hold a positive vision of a world where peace and justice reign, the closer we will be to this actuality. This is the meditation for 11:11 PM EST on 11-11-11: Stargate Crossing.

Some readers may scoff and say, "But you said 10-10-10 was going to bring about positive changes. Where are they?" My response is that positive changes HAVE occurred. Many of these changes have been taking place on the inner and higher planes of reality, which you will experience if you meditate and connect with your higher consciousness, and if you connect with others who are aware of these changes. Some of them ARE happening in the physical world, but they are not the kinds of stories that usually make it into the news since our media thrives on negativity. More and more changes will be coming for the better after November 11th. If you have eyes to see and ears to hear, you won't miss them. And if you participate in the worldwide meditations taking place that day, you will be even more likely to notice the opening of your spiritual eyes and ears.

Building Bridges with Same Sex Weddings by Emily VanLaeys

The first legal gay marriages were celebrated on July 24, 2011, and on July 26th, I performed
my first same-sex wedding for two women who had been together for twelve years. They had
already had a commitment ceremony in Vermont, and a wedding in Massachusetts, so they just
wanted an intimate ceremony to legalize their marriage in their home state of New York.  I
conducted the ceremony in my back yard, with my husband as the only witness. Although it was
their third ceremony, it was the first one in which the women’s love story was told. The women
were visibly moved by hearing their personal story and feelings for each other framed in words
as part of their wedding ceremony. At the end of their Massachusetts wedding, they had simply
been pronounced “married.” I ended their ceremony with these words: “Because you have come
together with your hearts and minds and souls, and pledged to one another your futures, I
pronounce you to be united in legal and spiritual matrimony.”

A lot of the gay couples who are getting married now have already been committed to each
other for many years. In September I conducted a wedding for two men, Ed and Bill, who had
been together for sixteen years. They have an adopted son who came to this country from China
and has brought immeasurable joy to the two fathers. We included a Chinese tea and orange
sharing ritual as part of the wedding ceremony, in order to symbolize the cementing of all three
individuals as members of one family. Before the couple took their vows, I spoke these words:
“This is a great day for all of humanity, as well as for these two men, because the new law that
allows this wedding to occur tells us that the world is becoming a kinder and gentler place.”

In October I officiated the wedding of two men, Earl and John, who have been together for
fifteen years. The best part of this and the previous wedding was the presence of so many
supportive friends and family members. As part of Earl and John’s ceremony, all of the guests
shouted “We do!” to promise their support for the couple.  Earl’s brother read a classical
Chinese wedding poem, and John’s sister read an excerpt from Anne Morrow Lindbergh’s Gift
from the Sea.  As I told them, Earl and John have the kind of relationship that other couples envy,
because they NEVER tire of each other’s company. Using the insights I gleaned from their
responses to my questions, I said: “You are two halves of a whole: two pieces of a puzzle that fit
perfectly together. You put forth a great deal of effort to take care of each other and you support
each other in your personal growth. You are better together than either of you is apart.”

Each of the same-sex couples that I have married believes that they are soul mates. Can
anyone tell them that they are wrong when they know themselves and each other better than
anyone else can? Every human soul is composed of both masculine and feminine aspects
which each of us must learn to balance within ourselves. Our soul mate is someone who helps
us to balance the different qualities of our personalities. For the majority, this is someone of the
opposite sex, but for some it is a person of the same sex who has just what it takes to make
another feel whole and complete. This is so well put in this poem by Mark Twain, which I read at
Bill and Ed’s wedding:

"On Marriage”
A marriage makes two fractional lives a whole;
It gives two purposeless lives a work and doubles
the strength of each to perform it;
It gives two questioning natures a reason for living,
and something to live for;
It will give a new gladness to the sunshine,
A new fragrance to the flowers,
A new beauty to the earth,
And a new mystery to life.

11-11-11: Bridge to the Future

So far these attunements have bestowed on us the vibrations of faith, balance, purity, compassion, and humility. After the attunement, we take a guided soul journey to a different part of the world where we receive and send divine light.
